If you want to just try out the software, click the
I want to try
Adobe Captivate 3 free for 30 days
button. This will allow you
full access to the Captivate product, but it can only be used for 30
days from the day you install it. Otherwise, click the
I have a
serial number for this product
button and type your serial num-
ber in the boxes provided. Enter four digits in each box.

Next
. If this is your first version of Captivate, skip to step 8.
If you have purchased an upgrade version of Captivate, and have
removed the older version of Captivate from your system (or are
installing on a new system), you'll see the upgrade screen.

For upgrade versions only, enter the version number and serial
number of your OLD version of Captivate.

Click
Activate
to begin the activation process. The activation pro-
cess identifies your system configuration with the specified serial
number. This should only take a few seconds, depending on your
connection speed. When the process is complete, a success
window displays.
9.
Click
Next
to display the Captivate main menu.
