Tip:
It is usually best to show some restraint in adding effects to
your movie. If you already have a lot going on, multiple animations
and transition effects can be more distracting than entertaining.
9. If you want to automatically apply the current settings to all ele-
ments of this type in the movie, click the Apply to all check box.
Depending on the type of element, this check box may be on the
main tab, on the Options tab, or unavailable at all.
10. Each interactive element has a default shortcut key that sends the
action to the controls of the Flash movie. For example, the action
for a click box defaults to a mouse click. The action for a text entry
box defaults to the Enter key. You can change the shortcut key for
each element by clicking the Select keys button to display the
Shortcut key window.
Figure 9-2. Set a shortcut key combination.
Select Allow mouse clicks to let the viewer use the mouse to
click in the element. Select Attach a shortcut to activate the
shortcut options, then choose a new key combination. You can
choose any combination of keys, but don't choose so many that it
is difficult for the viewer to enter them.
