FM Radio Bitrate (64 kbps)—This setting creates the smallest
file size.
Custom Bitrate—For this setting you must specify the rate in
kilobytes per second at which you want to record the audio.

Set the speed at which you want to encode the audio for output. A
lower number creates a higher-quality audio file.

Click OK when you are done to close the Audio settings window.
Recording Audio While Recording a Movie
One way to get all of your audio files recorded quickly is to record
them as you record the actions for each slide. This sort of narration is
easy to do—you just talk aloud as you move the mouse or click
through your application. Captivate will record your voice and store it
as a series of audio clips, one for each slide that you create.
Note: For more details on the non-audio options available while
recording, see Chapter 4.
To record audio while you're creating a new movie with Captivate, fol-
low these steps:
1.
Start the program you want to record, and then start the Captivate
software. The first screen you'll see is the Captivate main menu.
2.
Click Record or create a new project to open the New project
options window.
3.
Choose the type of project you want to create to display the
recording options window.
