The copy and paste function allows you to specify where you want the
copy inserted.
To duplicate a slide, follow these steps:
1.
Display the slide you want to duplicate, either by clicking on the
slide in the filmstrip in Edit view or highlighting the slide in Story-
board view.
Tip: You can select more than one slide by clicking the first slide,
then holding down the Control key before clicking each of the other
slides you want to select. You can also select a series of sequential
slides by clicking the first slide, holding down the Shift key, and then
clicking the last slide in the series you want to select.
2. From the Edit menu, choose
Duplicate Slide
(or right-click on a
slide and select
Duplicate Slide
) to insert a copy of the selected
slide or slides into your movie immediately following the original
slides.
To copy a slide and paste it somewhere else in the movie, follow these
steps:
1.
Display the slide you want to copy, either by clicking on the slide
in the filmstrip in Edit view or highlighting the slide in Storyboard
view.
2.
From the Edit menu, choose
Copy Slide
to copy the selected slide
or slides.
3.
Specify the location for the new slide by selecting the slide imme-
diately before the location of the new slides.
4.
From the Edit menu, choose
Paste Slide
. The slides will be
inserted into your movie immediately following the slide you
selected in step 3.
