presso drinks, in addition to a range of light fare including sandwiches, breakfasts, and
cakes, housed in a homey log cabin.
Tourist Information Huehue's Centro de Información Turística (tel. 7694-9354, 8 A.M.-
noon and 1:30-5 P.M.) is on 2a Calle housed inside the Gobernación Departamental build-
ing fronting the plaza. The staff speaks English and has a variety of maps and printed
information that can help you get around town and explore the surrounding attractions
throughout the department.

The central post office is at 2a Calle 3-54 Zona 1 just east of the plaza. Telgua has pay
phones and international calling right next door.
With fast connections and abundant computers, Señor Xplorer (5a Calle 5-97 Zona 1,
Centro Comercial La Plazuela Local 4, tel. 7768-1185/86) offers Internet service for about
$1 an hour. Interhuehue (3a Calle 6-65 Zona 1) also charges about $1 an hour. Another
large operation with about 20 computers is Techno Café Internet (2a Calle Zona 1, across
from La Fonda de Don Juan, tel. 7762-6353, 9 A.M.- 9 P.M. Mon.-Sat.). On 2a Calle next
door to Especialidades Doña Estercita is El Punto (tel. 7764-7826), charging about $0.65
an hour. Across the street, Génesis Internet (tel. 7764-7021) charges the same.
