Time Zones
Most of British Columbia and all of the Yukon are in the Pacific standard time zone
(PST) the same as Los Angeles and three hours before eastern time. Mountain standard
time zone (MST) extends west into southern British Columbia, which includes Yoho and
Kootenay National Parks as well as the towns of Golden and Radium Hot Springs.
