willing to pay for a prime location. Lying right on Coal Harbour and linked to Stanley Park
by a waterfront promenade, it has undergone massive renovations since the infamous re-
cluse Howard Hughes spent four months in his Westin suite in 1971. The hotel now features
a large outdoor pool surrounded by outdoor furniture settings as well as a poolside lounge,
a health club, and a yacht charter operation at the marina.
