The layout of this large-format tabloid poster responds to the symmetrical midpoint of both the
vertical and horizontal page dimensions but accomplishes an unexpectedly dynamic twist in rotat-
ing the main image—also symmetrical—horizontally. The tremendous scale and aggressive crop-
ping of the face offer a deep perceptual space that contrasts with the sharp, detailed typographic
element that defines the poster's vertical axis.
