THE GRID USED TO
structure this layout defines the scale and orientation of the images and af-
fects their presence related to type. A smaller image relates visually to the module, and hence
to the overall page structure; the larger the image becomes, the more its internal visual qualities
dominate, creating contrast with the structure and surrounding type.
