are so frequently used that Stata
permits you to omit the
graph twoway
,
as we have done here, and just start the
command with
scatter
. While this
can save some typing, this can
sometimes conceal the fact that the
command is really a
twoway
graph and
that these are a special class of graphs.
For clarity, I will generally present
these graphs starting with
twoway
.
