This horizontal bar chart shows an
example of the
vg lgndc
scheme. It is
basedonthe

scheme but
changes the default attributes of the
legend, namely, showing the legend in
one column to the left of the plot
region, with the key and symbols
placed atop each other. This can be an
ecient way to place the legend to the
left of the graph. There is also a
vg lgndm
scheme, which is monochrome
and is not illustrated here.
