Playing the animation now shows the fl owerpot breaking apart. I'm not particularly happy with the way it
shatters, though. The explode modifi er cuts along existing edges, and all edges in the pot right now are more
or less right angles. You can see the result in Figure 14.54. So, in Edit mode, the Knife tool is dragged across
the model a number of times to produce criss-crossing patterns of faces and edges. This new geometry is
shown in Figure 14.55.
