The nucleoside phosphoramidate PSI-7851 is metabolized to the
monophosphate of PSI-6206 by the action of the enzymes cathepsin A/
carboxypeptidase and HINT-1. This monophosphate is then anabolized
to the active triphosphate by the kinases YMPK and NDPK.
