The Bottom Line
Minecraft's worlds are riddled with dungeons, abandoned mineshafts, and strongholds, as
wellasintricate,lengthynaturalcavesystems.You'veprobablyseensomeofthisifyou've
done any flying around in Creative mode, where the landscape generates in real time in
front of you, starting from the bottom up. Structures are much thinner, literally, on the
ground,butthe temples doholdsome useful bits andpieces, andtrading with villages adds
a whole new dynamic to the game. You can even treat the trading offers as a quest-gener-
ation system, heading out to gather the requirements for any given trade, no matter what,
andwithoutbreakingtheorderinwhichthey'rereceived.Actually,asyou'llseeinthenext
chapter,thetradingsystemcanevenletyouskiptheentireNetherregionandjumpstraight
to that epic battle pending with the Ender Dragon. It all depends on the villager priests and
