Modifiers
Modifiers change the current in useful ways. There are two types: repeators and comparat-
ors.
Repeaters
Redstone repeaters can amplify a strong or weak current and add a 1-to 4-tick delay that
is useful for adding timing to circuits. The repeater also acts like a diode, ensuring current
only flows in one direction.
The power boosting function allows current to flow through solid blocks such as walls
without finding a way to go over or under them. This in itself can solve some otherwise
difficult design problems.
