Riding Pigs
Pigs can't fly in Survival mode, but they can be ridden; they were for a long time the only
rideableentityinMinecraft.Theyalsodon'tneedtamingfirst.Justplaceasaddleonapig's
back and right-click it with an empty inventory slot selected. The pig will move randomly
to begin with, but if you craft and hold a carrot on a stick, you can steer the pig normally.
Nowthat the largerbeasts are available, there'snotalot ofuseforrideable pigs,except for
one small trick. Place one in a mine cart, jump on its back, and the pig powers the mine
