a useful tool to improve learning. We thus promote a combination between the sci-
entific methodology of experimental economics and technology enhanced learning
tools. The former provides a theoretical framework in which subjects could learn
while the latter represent the support for the learning activity as a whole.
We maintain that the coupling of informal and theoretical learning is a fruitful
experience for students. On the other hand, the use of technology enhanced learn-
ing tools entails soft skill training which can be particularly suitable for education
management, recruitment and selection as well as for the assessment of managers'
performances and their attitude in achieving business goals.
