5. Let's continue to sync some more pictures to the Bouncing Ball audio in the Timeline. This time we'll
use Jason's wide angle from the top of the stairs. Position the playhead at the third ball hit on the Bouncing
Ball waveform, which can be found at 1 minute, 20 seconds, and 5 frames in the Timeline. With the Event
Browser's Filter pop-up menu set to All Clips, select Scene 14 Slate 36 Take 5 and add an In point just be-
fore the first ball hit at 15 frames into the clip. Press D to overwrite Scene 14 Slate 36 Take 5 to the play-
head position on the Primary Storyline. Just as before, we have another gap clip before Scene 14 Slate 36
Take 5 in the Timeline. Press P to bring up the Position tool, select the In point for Scene 14 Slate 36 Take
5, and drag all the way to the left until you run out of material and the In point displays a red bracket (see
Figure 11.18). We still have a small gap before the clip, but we can easily cover this with another clip later
in the edit. Press A to switch back to the Select tool and play back the section.

6. If you compare the audio waveform for Scene 14 Slate 36 Take 5 with the Bouncing Ball clip in the
Timeline, you'll notice that most of the ball bounces don't line up (see Figure 11.19). We only need to make
sure that the bounces that are visible on-screen line up correctly, and we can work out which these are after
