In-Depth Information
•
The power, range, weight, and other specifications of land-, air-, and space-based military
laser systems.
•
How laser damage is assessed based on the total energy absorbed by the target. The
absorption is a factor of the laser power, the area of the beam, an absorption factor,
and the duration of the beam.
•
That laser beams are not visible in space and usually aren't visible in air either, but you
may choose to ignore this fact to make your laser-based games more fun to watch.
