Downloading Software
step 1: Jdk bundle
1.
Visit “http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/download.html.”
2.
Click “Download J2SE SDK” and then “Accept License Agreement.”
3.
Click the “j2sdk-1_4_2_12-windows-i586-p.exe” link. Save the file in an appropriate
directory, for instance the C:\ drive.
4.
Once the download of the file is complete, double-click the “setup” icon.
5.
Follow the setup instructions and install the software.
step 2: Jcreator
1.
Visit “http://www.jcreator.com.”
2.
Click the “DOWNLOAD AND TRY OUT JCREATOR” tab. On the next screen,
click “the DOWNLOAD” button for JCreator LE v2.50.
3.
In the dialog box that pops up, click the “Save to Disk” button and then click “OK”
to save the file in the C:\ drive.
4.
Once the download is complete, unzip JCrea250.zip.
5.
After unzipping, close all applications and proceed to install the program by double-
clicking the “setup” icon in the JCrea250 folder.
6.
After the installation is complete, launch JCreator from the icon that has been created
and placed on the desktop.
