The occurrence of metal monomer frontal polymerization in the presence of
Y 1 Ba 2 Cu 3 O 6.97 ceramics facilitates the preparation of metal-containing
polymer-ceramic SC nanocomposites.
As a result of aging of SC polymer-ceramic nanocomposites at room
temperature, intercalation of macromolecule fragments takes place, binding
the interlayer space of ceramics. This process results in the formation of
intercalated nanostructures between the ceramic grains.
