cone elastomer and was mixed thoroughly. The air bubbles entrapped in the mixture were removed
under vacuum. The PDMS solution was poured over the “master” and left to cure overnight ( Figure
11.3 ). The cured PDMS stamp was removed from the “master” and used in the subsequent steps.
