Based. on. our. observation. and. shown. in. Table 18.4,. there. was. little. difference. in. the.
diameter.across.the.inhibition.zone.between.100.μl.of.50.and.100.ppm.suspension.of.ZnO.
nanoparticles..The.minimum.inhibitory.concentration.of.ZnO.nanoparticles.toward.four.
kinds. of. fungi. and. three. kinds. of. bacteria. was. found. to. be. 50. ppm. by. the. paper. disc.
method..Growth.inhibitions.toward.
A. fumigatus
.and.
B. subtilis
.by.50.and.100.ppm.ZnO.
with.a.volume.of.100.μl.are.also.shown.in.Figures 18.7.and.18.8,.respectively.
After.a.washing.treatment.of.the.green.fabric.according.to.AATCC.135.for.5,.10,.and.30.
times,.the.green.fabric.showed.various.antimicrobial.activities..The.fabric.that.was.washed.
ive.times.showed.the.widest.clear.zone..The.lowest.concentration.for.ZnO.nanoparticles.
