expected, the response time of C-PAN is governed by the diffusional processes of
ion-solvent interaction; the use of such PAN-Ns is promising for fabricating fast-
response PAN artificial muscles.
Experimental results provided a great potential in developing fast activating C-
PAN-N muscles and linear actuators, as well as integrated pairs of antagonistic
muscles and muscle sarcomere and myosin/actin-like assembly.
