In the first step of the wizard, choose to create the theme
from the repository

Next, choose a theme from the list of themes (choose any theme you wish).
Finally, click the
Create
button to create the theme.
You should now see your newly created theme in the
Themes
area, as shown in
Figure 4-14. I chose the
Theme 8 (Orange)
theme.

Now that you have a theme, you need to modify it to include your custom
button template. Click on the theme. You should now see a screen that looks
like Figure 4-15.
