mean, what does latent cyberwar mean, what does the new understanding of information
operations mean, what does a psychological information operation mean and what is the
new understanding in civilian groups of virtual community. We have to answer to any of
these questions. And that is why my colleagues and I would like to offer two very
serious suggestions. Firstly, we would like to offer the establishment of a new project
entitled 'the problem of cyberwar'. Secondly, we would like to offer the organisation of
a further workshop in Kiev. But our first suggestion is for a very serious international
project. I think it could be very profitable as there is no common understanding at
present. And I think that all of the highly-regarded scientists here today can establish this
project.
