The sub-attribute which can be easily measured is defined (Table 2 ).
After defining the sub-attributes, related data has been generated/collected and
then normalized. The normalized data for a district of studied region (Boqrati) is
shown in Table 3 .
The result of FAHP survey for importance weight of objectives and attributes of
ASCLP are shown in Table 4 (Zangeneh et al. 2014 ).
Using the FAHP weights, the weighted score of attributes for each candidate
location has been calculated (Table 5 ). Also Shannon's entropy is calculated for all
regions and used for several MADM methods. The results of Shannon's entropy
for the Boqrati district have been showed in same table.
After calculating the weighted data, six MADM methods applied which their
results have been shown in Table 6 for Boqrati district. The ranking of alternatives
in other districts has been identified similar to Boqrati district (see Appendix 1).
The rankings of best alternatives for all districts are illustrated in Table 7 .
