This practice of avoiding fixed designs is an extension of the component reusabil-
ity concept discussed previously. Whereas fixed designs will often benefit only the
asset for which they were initially created, procedural creations can be readily re-
purposed. Figure18.13 showsafewofdozensofdifferenticonsthatwerecreated
for Aaaaa! by reusing and adjusting the same components utilized to create the
“Flip-It Glove” icon.
