One of the wonderful things about Nuke is that it's completely and utterly open.

I mean that it's customizable in away that I haven't encountered before in a
compositing application. You can change the interface, add functionality, and change
the behavior of so many parts of the application that you can really make it do any-
thing! If your coffee machine were connected to your network, it would make coffee
for you, too.
