18-gallon tub is deep enough to submerge the birds in plenty of ice.

old cloth towels that you do not plan to use after you use them for butchering.

• Freezer bags. The size will depend on the size of the bird you want to freeze. These can
be found at your local grocery store.
• Freezer space to store your birds. The size of the freezer you need will depend son how
many birds you want to store. You may kill and use your birds immediately. You may
