Creating an Auxiliary View
Auxiliary views can be a challenge to define accurately with a 2D CAD system. In
this case, you want to more easily detail the round face of the part, which does
not align with a standard orthographic projection.
1. Make certain that the 2013 Essentials project file is active, and then
open c02-03.idw from the Drawings\Chapter​2 folder.
2. Move your cursor near the base view, and when it highlights, right-click
to bring up the marking menu and context menu with other tools.
