As mentioned, the project file is critical for working with other users on the
same data. The Content Center files path can be set to a common network location
so that everyone can find the correct information when editing each other's work.

As you get more experience with the Inventor interface, you will see that it assists you
in understanding which environment you are in and what is available to you. Changing
colors and setting options that you like is a great way to get more comfortable, and that
will lead to you being more productive.
