our

Geography
Quest
In our e-learning game, Geography Quest, we will follow the adventures of the player
as park ranger, as you clean up the park to find the missing flags, participate in a
trivia challenge/race, and then ultimately patrol your park helping the visitors with their
questions. Through each chapter we not only build and extend our technology built in-
side Unity3D to achieve the design needs of this game, but we also apply the design
considerations discussed earlier to develop compelling and effective e-learning con-
tent.
Our game will implement the following design features of an effective e-learning
game:
• Immersion
• Spatial learning
• Active learning
• Reinforcement and conditioning
• Emotional attachment
• Cognitive flow
• A safe practice environment
