deftly designed and recently upgraded small hotel that blends seamlessly into the southern
portion of the island, Club Seabourne is Culebra luxury-style, with an outdoor bar, a se-

One of the island's newer accommodations is also one of its most luxurious - in
fact, it's Buckingham Palace by Culebra standards. Billed as a condo resort, this is not your
average high-rise environmentally unsound concrete block. Abutting a 100-acre nature pre-
serve, it has 40 one- and two-bedroom apartments with modern kitchenettes, water pressure
(a recent invention in this part of the world), cable TV, swimming pools, three restaurants
and live music at weekends.
