(Hwy 195; dishes $4-6; 6am-5pm; ) Along the ferry terminal route just east of the
Hwy 987 intersection, this large sit-down bakery cafe creates pastries on-site, serves break-
fast all day and claims an 'intermittent' wi-fi signal. Make a quick stop for some freshly
squeezed orange juice, or settle in for a sandwich and a serving of bread pudding.
Entertainment
The casino (which opens at 4pm), bars and restaurants at the El Conquistador Resort &
Golden Door Spa are open to the public; you're perfectly welcome to try your luck at the
tables or take in a floor show from the bar no matter where you lay your head later that
night. Be prepared to fork over $3 an hour for parking.
Blue Iguana gets busy on weekend nights during high season, and Puerto Nativo has
live music on Friday nights.
Shopping
The malls are on Hwy 3 just north of town if you need a supermarket or superstore fix.

Getting There & Away
Air
The small Ceiba airport (24-hour parking $9) opened in 2008 on the old Roosevelt
Roads Naval Station, replacing Fajardo as the regional airport. It's approximately 6 miles
