So what's the minimum point size for slide text? This depends on how big the
presentation screen is. If you cannot make out the text when viewing slides in the slide
sorter view, then your text is probably too small for everyone in your audience to read.
What about setting type in all uppercase? For short headlines or a single word, using all
uppercase letters is acceptable and can make a powerful statement, but use this
technique with restraint. For longer sentences, type set in all uppercase can be hard on
our eyes (and our brains). For longer passages, all uppercase type is just too hard to
read.
If the amount ot text is small, uppercase type can work.
