Duarte created four custom background textures, so when using the Push transition between slides it
appeared to be one large textured surface.
Duarte established a retro look. The team also wanted to incorporate a handmade feel so they made
special textures and hand-drawn illustrations, and made photos look like they were cut out of paper.
Employees were wrangled into participating in the photo shoot. They mimicked clothing, hairstyles, and
accessories of the 1950s. The shoot was done in less than a half day. By shooting their own images they
avoided usage rights concerns.
