be eluted from the fi rst-dimension gel in the solubilization
buffer in the course of time.
20. The electrophoresis can be also performed in approximately
6 h at 30 mA. In this case, it is advisable to cool the gel during
electrophoresis by a thermostatic cooler at 15°C.
