Setting Up an Ad Hoc Scenario
Figure 10.12 shows a four-step ad hoc scenario. the first thing you notice is that you
can edit steps directly from the report, which gives you the opportunity to try out
numerous iterations of the same funnel. the edit steps icon is located in the upper-
right corner, just above the chart.
in Figure 10.12, you can see that the abandonment rate from the basket to
the delivery page is 29.43 percent and from the delivery page to the actual sale is
43.26 percent.
First we need to figure out where the people go and whether they are lost
to the extent that they just leave the site, or whether they are confused and move
somewhere else.
