You can select from the following delivery methods:
Instant Export
the export is immediately generated and is ready to be saved.
Email Export
You enter your email address, and the exported report will be delivered
to your inbox.
Upload Export to FTP Server
You provide the Ftp connection where the exported report
will be uploaded and enter an email address to be notified in case of an Ftp upload
error.
You can also have the report exported as a compressed file by clicking the com-
pressed File (.zip) radio button.
the instant export is, well, instant, and the file will pop up as a download.
to use the email export feature, select the number of rows you want to export,
apply an optional note, select the format of the exported report, and enter the email
address of the report recipient.
note that if the report you selected for email export contains more than
100,000 rows, the report will not be sent by email but will be saved under the Volume
export Download center. You will be notified by email that your selected report is
available under the Volume export Download center when the export is ready.
to use the upload export to Ftp server feature, select the number of rows you

select a preconfigured Ftp connection you want to use for this export.
Before exporting, consider just printing a report result and handing it over to the
person. Most reports can be printed as a default, and they actually don't look that bad.
