Keep the default values until you reach the
Attributes
page. Click on
Import...
so that
you can import the attributes from an existing dataset. Browse to the old geodatabase and
select the
Diners
feature class; then, click on
Add...
. This will import all the attributes
you need; we still need to go through each attribute and update the alias name to a proper
name. We also need to add the
CATEGORY
subtype field of the type

plained in the following screenshot:
