Bread pudding
Similar in taste and fluffiness to French toast, this nut-and-
fruit bread bake is perfect to serve to a group for brunch.
1 loaf French bread
6 eggs
Cut bread into 1 inch cubes and place in a baking pan
or casserole dish. In another bowl, mix all other ingre-
dients well. Pour the custard over bread. Bake at 425
degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Serve warm.
6 cups milk
1 cup walnuts
1 cup almonds
½ tablespoon vanilla
