Heirloom Tomato Salad
Cut tomatoes into wedges and place in circle on plate.
Place the Burrata cheese in the middle of the toma-
toes. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper
on tomatoes and cheese. Drizzle truffle oil, balsamic
vinegar, and basil oil over tomatoes and serve at room
temperature.
2 medium-sized heirloom
tomatoes (such as zebra
or brandy)
3 ounces Burrata mozzarella
1 teaspoon olive oil
Pinch of black pepper
