Sautéed Jumbo Tiger Shrimp
Sautee shrimp in olive oil for about 2 minutes with
fresh garlic. Add white wine and lemon juice. Cook
down and reduce sauce. Add butter and salt and pep-
per to taste. Serve hot.
6 jumbo tiger shrimp
1½ ounces olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh garlic,
chopped
. YIELD ,
Serves 2 or 3
½ cup of white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 ounces unsalted butter
