Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
Melt the chocolate and butter together over a double
boiler. Combine the sugar, eggs, and extracts in a
mixing bowl. Once chocolate and butter are melted
together, add sugar and egg mix.
11 ounces chocolate
4 ounces butter
8 ounces sugar
3 eggs
Add all the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Add white chocolate chips. Scoop out on to a sheet pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes.
1½ teaspoons coffee extract
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
3½ ounces all purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ salt
