Blackberry Clafoutis
Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl until pale yellow.
Add milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Sift flour over the
batter and fold in.

²/ ³ cup sugar
2 cups milk
Cut blackberries in half. Using a melon baller, scoop
a few scoops of batter into each ramekin. Then place
cheese and berries on top, then pour remaining batter
over cheese and berries. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10
minutes until puffy and custard is set.
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Pinch salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 pint blackberries
1 quart mascarpone cheese
