The building that the current Wolf House Restaurant is in was built in town in 1905. Every
lumber and mill town had to have a saloon to entertain the loggers, and this brick building served
that purpose. The Jack London Lodge and Wolf House Restaurant came along well after the Jack
London Saloon, but the three offer an excellent entertainment complex for visitors and locals alike
along the wooded banks of Sonoma Creek.
