Shrimp and Scallop Cakes
with Scallion Vinaigrette
SHRIMP AND SCALLOP CAKES
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Form into
cakes and pan sauté.
CAKES
10 peeled shrimp
6 large sea scallops
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
VINAIGRETTE
Whisk all scallion vinaigrette ingredients together.
Drizzle over the top of the cakes.
1 tablespoon red pepper,
finely diced
1 tablespoon green onion,
chopped
Salt and pepper
