Cranberry Pecan Pie
In a large bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add sugar and salt
and mix until sugar dissolves. Stir in corn syrup and
melted butter and mix well. Stir in chopped cranberries
and pecans. Pour into unbaked piecrust. To prevent
overbrowning, cover edge of piecrust with foil.
3 eggs
²/ ³ cup sugar
¹/ 8 teaspoon salt
1 cup dark corn syrup
¹/ ³ cup melted butter
1 cup fresh cranberries,
coarsely chopped
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife
inserted in center comes out clean. Cool thoroughly.
Garnish with whipped cream.

1 unbaked 9-inch piecrust
Whipped cream, for garnish
