A 30-day single-entry tourist visa into Af-
ghanistan is usually issued within 24 hours.
You'll need one photo, a self-written letter of
purpose (including your planned route), an ap-
plication form and a photocopy of your pass-
port and Tajik double-entry visa. Costs vary by
nationality (most/UK/US US$100/160/200).

need to have pre-arranged an approval code
through an agency (eg www.persianvoyages.
com) at least two weeks before applying for
an Iranian visa, but assuming that worked, the
visa should be issued within two days.
